Hello, my name is Jen Ario and welcome to Everyday Mental Health Solutions. I am a co-founder of this practice with my Husband of thirty years Brian. It was our dream to one day open a clinic to help those struggling with Mental Health and co-occurring disorders. I have a master’s degree in professional counseling from Grand Canyon university. As a licensed therapist is my goal to meet you where you are in your journey in mental health whether that is taking your first step, in the middle, or finding and maintaining after care for a healthy mental health. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with individuals facing a spectrum of challenges, including Co-occurring disorders, Bipolar disorder, PTSD, Borderline Personality, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, Agoraphobia, Schizophrenia, and Substance Abuse Disorder. My therapeutic focus is not just on addressing these challenges but on empowering clients to build the skills necessary to navigate life’s complexities successfully. As a therapist I always push myself to learn and adapt to new clients. In alignment with our core values, my ultimate goal as a Mental Health Therapist is to help individuals build self-efficacy and awareness for mental well-being, fostering resilience and guiding them towards becoming the best version of themselves. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and lasting positive change. Let’s go on a journey of healing and growth together.BRIAN ARIO
